everything is as described

I have received the products (10 pcs) but unfortunately i have tow issues . . 1- no real support for amazon alexa (only battery % showing without any features to be useful for integration or automation) . . . . 2 - very week signal (offline) even close to the hub or the repeater while old or other devices are available from far away distance . . If you have a solution it would be very appreciated . .
A firmware update would solve the issues ..
I don't like leaving negative feedback ,, but i couldn't contact the seller , only automated response by the system no real person to respond , so this is my only option ..thank you .
