- Your order did not arrive within the expected delivery time
- The product is significantly different from the description or photos
To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence.
Our team will resolve the matter and offer a full refund or free replacement — your choice.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns due to change of mind, mistaken orders, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Items must not be used or damaged by the customer
- We may not require the item to be physically returned depending on the situation
