These are my new favourite spatulas. i've got both large and small, and have several of each as they're so versatile. the handle is solid and firm, while the scraper end is flexible to get into different shaped spaces. being one piece is more hygienic than those with separate handles and scrapers, meaning no bits of food can get into any crevices.
