The product arrived to me very well protected. I learned about IPL technology through my ex-girlfriend, whom I left because she was more toxic than bat soup. 1. It is appreciated that this has a cooling area as it makes it hurt less.
2. Apparently it seems that they do the same (time will tell).
3. I would say that its weak point is ergonomics, as sometimes I accidentally press the button to change the power level.
In short, I think it's a well-made gadget and highly recommended.

Very satisfied. It comes very well presented in the box. Bring some protective glasses, a blade, the power cord, and the machine, which only has the option of shaving, although the user manual states more activities it can perform. I have used it in position 9 and honestly, the heat emitted by the flash is tolerable. The cooling system also relieves a lot. I suppose with use I will have more proficiency in knowing how to operate the device.

I loved it! I already tried it, yes it feels cold and a slight warmth in the middle part but tolerable, I had some hairs on my arm that I didn't notice when epilating and using the machine it smelled a bit burnt. 😅 But everything is fine and it's relatively quick to make legs and arms.
