My experience has been very unsatisfactory. The digital handheld scale arrived with a torn bag and a box that was bent and open at one end. When I took out the product, I noticed that the battery, which was supposed to be included according to the description, was not included.
I checked the bag and the box completely, but the battery was not there. I do not know at what point it may have been lost during handling or transportation. The most disappointing thing is that, despite reporting the problem, they do not want to provide me with any refund or compensation.
The product arrived incomplete and I cannot use it as intended. Very dissatisfied with the product and the solution provided.

Too bad the battery is missing; I'll try it as soon as possible.
Good purchase
As described. Looks nice. Works fine.
Recomended.
But it does not! Come with a battery! Even though there is a place for one in the packaging..
Thank you very much, a very good seller and a good product, thank you again.
I liked it a lot, it was too fast. I'll see if it works.
Disappointed as item looks used as i can see visible scratches and did not recieve a belt nor battery?
Ok
The product did not come with the battery as shown in the description photos
The box arrived a little crushed, but the product is fine. I haven't tried it yet because it uses a 3V lithium battery.
The battery is not included, so I haven't been able to check its operation yet.
Excellent luggage scale, works perfectly.
It works perfectly, but it does not come with a button battery.
This time I bought a different product, and they say there's a difference of about 1-2 kg, but I don't have anything to weigh it with right now, so I'll buy some rice later and weigh it before leaving an additional review. The battery is not included as stated. (I was a bit hopeful because the previous product said it wasn't included but was actually included. Haha.)
I checked the product very well and it works correctly; it also has the ability to monitor ambient temperatures 👍👍
Everything works, but there was no battery.
The packaging is crushed, it's good that it didn't break.
Battery is missing. i don't know where i will get the battery. it's now just a waste of money for me. no working.
Good but it doesn't come with a battery, be careful.
Okay, I'll use it well.
Unfortunately, it arrived without a battery. It was supposed to come with a battery, now I have to look for one.

It works well. After attaching various things, it seems to have a good weight balance.
I have to put batteries in it, it's like a watch; I'll take my time to buy a battery and hope it works so I don't overpack my suitcase.
